This on-line searchable database will provide you with an indication of your eligibility to prior learning towards CII qualifications.

Multiple non-CII qualifications

If you have multiple qualifications, make one application per qualification even if they are from the same awarding organisation. You will need open a new Exemptions Search for each qualification.

Enter your details

Enter your awarding organisation and qualification names exactly as they appear on your qualification documentation. The names will appear in a list when you start typing. Select the value from the list.

If they don't appear within the list, this may be because we haven't previously received applications for your qualification. Please make an application so we can identify next steps: 

• If the names within the drop-down lists don't match your qualification documentation please type and select the generic 'Other university' (step 2) and/or 'not listed' qualification (step 3) entries.
• Alternatively, if these don't describe your qualification, please type the names as they appear within your qualification documentation without selecting a value from the drop-down list.
