Half Day Digital Event - 09:30-12:30

CPD: 3 hours

Shaping the future of insurance: Innovating solutions for emerging risks is a new event which shines a light on some of the biggest emerging risks the profession faces today.

The Chartered Insurance Institute’s Chief Executive Officer Sian Fisher will set the scene in her opening remarks, before President Julie Page leads a President’s Forum which will examine the risks posed by evolving unmet needs.

With insurance becoming more automated, insurers need a more sophisticated idea of how people interact with insurance, to stay relevant. We'll go onto explore how we can mitigate these risks by creating innovative solutions – with skills and knowledge at their heart – which will resonate with customers and help build better public trust.

Whatever part of the profession you work in – from broking to claims or underwriting – this new half day event is free of charge to all members and promises to help you re-think some of today’s emerging risks.
