Serving you better: New Generation Programme
Want to be part of the biggest project of your career?
Our flagship New Generation programme offers 50 up-and-coming professionals the chance to improve the sector by working together on a project and presenting it to senior practitioners across the insurance and financial services professions.
As a long standing insurance initiative, this year we are opening the programme out to all financial professionals to apply as well!
Designed to complement existing company talent programmes, the year-long programme will provide group members with a range of learning opportunities, including:

An interactive session with key personnel from regulatory bodies

Talks from Members of Parliament and lobbying organisations in the insurance and finance sector

Training on subjects such as leadership and handling the media
Each group will also be asked to identify and complete a project or initiative that it believes could make a difference to the insurance and finance professions and present this to the relevant CII/PFS stakeholders. Typically taking around twelve months to complete and involving collaboration amongst group members across the country, these projects are both challenging and rewarding. In addition, the programme includes several informal networking opportunities.
