Last year we launched our manifesto proposal, a key aim was to encourage employers in the insurance and personal finance sector to sign up to two pledges.
The pledges are Financial Flexible Working and Inclusive Customer Financial Lives. Both commitments are designed for employers to show leadership in supporting women’s financial resilience by setting out ways in which employers can work with their employees and customers to make subtle changes and improve positive outcomes.
