This recognition highlights our dedication to integrity, professionalism, and always placing our clients’ best interests at the forefront—principles that form the foundation of our core values and drive everything we do.

We support many charities that are close to our hearts.

For those we insure, we’re committed to reducing their fees or converting them into donations, recognising that these organisations are not driven by profit.

Our team actively participates in charitable initiatives—such as contributing time to Aviva’s community garden project, taking part in a charity golf day in support of a Maternity Bereavement Charity, and joining Allianz’s charity football match.

In December 2024, we also took part in the Teams4U initiative, wrapping Christmas gifts for children in developing countries.

This achievement highlights our strong commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Being recognised by a respected authority confirms that we meet stringent standards in ethics, competence, and professionalism. It also reflects our ongoing investment in developing our team—ensuring our clients receive advice from highly qualified professionals.

By supporting our people and acknowledging their hard work, we not only promote job satisfaction but also help them reach their career aspirations.

How have you implemented the CII Code of Ethics into your business?

From the very beginning, our business was built on five core principles: Integrity, Respect, Passion, Client-Centricity, and Professionalism.

These values are at the heart of everything we do and closely align with the Code of Ethics, reinforcing our commitment to equality, inclusion, and respect for both our people and our clients.

It's who we are—it’s in our DNA.

What advice would you give a firm who is considering applying to become Chartered?
