About a year ago we engaged in a market-wide consultation where we sought the views of insurance and personal finance professionals about Corporate Chartered Status.
We subsequently launched our plans for the future of Chartered status including the new Chartered ethos and five ways in which we are committed to making Chartered better for you, your clients, and the profession.
While we know improving Chartered status is a work-in-progress, we have made significant progress against each of the five themes we have committed to, along with our plans for further enhancements. Recognising that we made these commitments 1 year ago, we are happy to share the document with you, as it details the promises made and the actions we have taken to deliver against them.
