Connect is an e-mentoring platform specifically designed for all Chartered Insurance Institute and Personal Finance Society members.
Whether you are looking for career development support or keen to share your experience with others, Connect works around your life giving you the flexibility to decide the best way to establish and progress your mentoring relationship. However you choose to meet, whether that's in-person, engaging in video calls, or simply exchange emails, Connect gives you the freedom to choose how you interact with one another and set suitable learning objectives.
The platform features a functionality that allows users to set up profiles and search for a suitable mentoring partner. A “matching” system aligns members in accordance with specific criteria, such as skills, experience, and sector, making the process of finding the right mentor/mentee pairing effortless.
