PSI exams scheduled during this maintenance window will not be visible in your MyCII dashboard until the work has been completed. Product orders submitted during this period will be subject to processing delays. If you have an coursework/mixed assessment enrolment deadline on 19 September and require an additional resubmission attempt, please plan ahead accordingly.

Alan Vallance, Chief Executive, Chartered Insurance Institute
Alan took up his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Chartered Insurance Institute on 28 August 2022.
Alan trained as a chartered accountant in London with Ernst & Whinney (later Ernst & Young) and has a background in finance, consulting, strategic planning and general management across a wide variety of roles in Europe and Australasia.
Before joining the CII, Alan was Chief Executive of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and prior to that, Alan spent three years as Chief Operating Officer at the Law Society, the membership and regulatory body for solicitors in England and Wales. Between 2009 and 2011 Alan was the Chief Operating Officer of the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, the national weather agency, based in Melbourne, Australia.
