The Aspire Apprenticeship journey
We work closely with employers, apprentices, training providers and end point assessment organisations to deliver successful apprenticeship outcomes.

There is a wide range of apprenticeship standards for insurance and personal finance professionals, so there is an apprenticeship for everyone – all levels and all subjects or specialisms.
We have partnered with a selection of training providers who deliver insurance and personal finance apprenticeships, with CII qualifications embedded.
You may have people in your current team who will complete the apprenticeship, or you could be recruiting for an apprentice.
You can advertise any apprentice roles on the CII or PFS job site for free. Your provider will also support you in recruitment of the apprentice.
Once recruited or chosen, enrol your apprentice with the training provider who completes the initial assessment and makes sure the apprentice understands their journey, and can advise on choosing the End Point Assessment Organisation.
