Business Development Executive
I have a background in Customer Service Management and Operations. I like to see results and deliver client resolutions at the same time as building relations. I am passionate to understand the needs of our London Market corporate clients leading to improved performance linked to business goals. Like many of our members, I am also studying, so have first-hand knowledge and experience of our qualifications, helping me relate to CII students across the key disciplines, providing hints and tips for success. As we all know, a company’s employees are its greatest asset with investment into education and wellbeing at the forefront of many business strategies.
In my previous role the CII supported me in becoming an Institute of Customer Services coach, enhancing my skills set and enabling me to support others in their careers. The CII’s Professional Map is a great way to identify training requirements, looking at behaviours and technical expertise, to boost professional development. In my spare time I enjoy reading fiction, listening to music and would describe myself as a cook that improvises! Not forgetting I’m a huge F1 fan and I enjoy socialising with friends and family.
