Ahsan Jamal is an insurance and risk management professional working in Pakistan Insurance Industry with 15 years of diversified experience in insurance and risk consulting.
He currently heads the risk management and engineering practice at Unique Insurance Brokers (Correspondent office of Marsh in Pakistan) and specializes in dealing with large and complex energy, power and engineering risks that includes insurance and reinsurance advisory, risk consulting and engineering.
Ahsan started his insurance career in 2005 from Adamjee Insurance Company Limited - one of the largest insurance companies in Pakistan and gained experience in Non-marine underwriting, risk engineering, engineering underwriting and reinsurance.
Ahsan also holds the position of Head of Learning and Development at Center for Enterprise Risk management – Pakistan and has conducted insurance, fire safety and risk management training workshops, seminars and professional development programs for insurance professionals and clients.
He is a professional Civil Engineer and completed his Bachelor of Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology and received various trainings in Risk engineering, Health and Safety, Insurance and Risk Management from Germany, Luxembourg, UK, UAE and Pakistan.
