Success in leadership is not simply about expertise and experience. It is also about having the confidence to contribute ideas, influence decisions, navigate difficult conversations and lead with authenticity.
Designed for women across the insurance profession, this highly interactive one-day programme explores the factors that can impact confidence, visibility and influence. Personal Action Planning – Developing practical actions to strengthen confidence, influence and ongoing leadership development.
