Effective coaching is not simply about asking the right questions. It requires self-awareness, adaptability and the ability to understand how different people communicate, think and respond.
This highly interactive two-day face-to-face programme enables managers and leaders to strengthen their coaching capability by experiencing both sides of the coaching relationship – as coach and coachee.
