Non-Financial Misconduct (NFM)

Online Training Workshop
One half-day
21 July 2026, 09:30 - 13:00 (UK time)
Effective 1 September 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) implements its final, overhauled framework on Non-Financial Misconduct (NFM).
This half-day workshop moves beyond traditional "tick-box" compliance to equip firms with an evidential, fact-based understanding of how serious personal misconduct—such as bullying, harassment, and violence—directly impacts regulatory standing.
Participants will learn to establish the legal perimeters between an employee's professional role and their private life, protecting the firm from regulatory breaches, severe reputational fallout, and systemic cultural failures.
