This online revision course is designed to help you feel more prepared for your exam. The content will cover the key areas of the syllabus and areas likely to be tested for the exam. There will also be a focus on exam style questions with clear debriefs to aid understanding.

• The house-buying process, from making an offer to completion and the key parties involved
• The different types of borrowers and how to meet their individual mortgage needs
• The different types of mortgage product and repayment vehicle options and their suitability for the client
• Underwriting the property and valuations
• The legislative and regulatory position of mortgages (MCOBS) and the requirements of a mortgage adviser
• Trainer facilitation of case studies analysing client situations
