Certificate in Mortgage Advice

The level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice meets the FCA’s qualification requirements for mortgage advisers. It develops an understanding of the sector and the mortgage process, enabling advisers to meet individual client needs.

There is no prescribed order in which units must be taken, but it is strongly recommended that you sit the required core unit first (R01 or CF1) as these provide foundation knowledge upon which the others build.

Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice

The level 4 Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice goes above and beyond the FCA’s minimum qualification requirements, enabling mortgage advisers to expand their advice capabilities and advise clients with complex needs and circumstances. 

Certificate in Equity Release

The level 3 Certificate in Equity Release meets the FCA’s requirement for mortgage advisers and those advising on equity release schemes. In addition to developing advisory skills, the Certificate offers an understanding of equity release regulation, products, market practice, and customer needs.
