This single-unit Award is designed for those working in customer facing roles in insurance outside the UK. It helps build the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.
This qualification is not regulated. Unregulated qualifications are not Ofqual recognised and will not show on Ofqual’s list of regulated qualifications. However, all qualifications offered by the CII whether regulated or unregulated, are developed and delivered using the same processes, industry experts and standards.
The Award comprises one core unit which provides a total of 15 credits on successful completion.
