The CII’s eLibrary is an online search platform providing a Google like search that allows members to search and access eBooks, electronic articles, reports and other online resources that the CII invests in for its members.
To access the eLibrary login to MyCII and follow the link under the 'My Learning' panel on the left.

Please note: Users may download or print limited copies of citations, abstracts, full text or portions of licensed material in the course of research, product development and related activity in the normal course of business, provided the information is used for personal use only and not for commercial use – i.e. users shall not use the licensed materials for the purposes of direct or indirect financial reward by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the licensed material, all of which are strictly prohibited.
What cannot be retrieved using the eLibrary's search?
The following materials are not in the eLibrary:
- CII lectures
- CII news items
- CII technical articles
- The Journal and Personal Finance Professional magazines
