Introduction to Construction Insurance
This workshop provides an introduction to the subjects of Contract Works, Contractors All Risks and Contractors Liability Insurance. To show an awareness of contract works insurance and the various ways insurers provide the cover as well as demonstrate an awareness of the content of the insurance clauses within the JCT contract and an understanding of the difference between contractual obligations and insurance requirements.
Who should attend?
This one day interactive workshop is suitable for those who are relatively new to the subject. No previous contract works experience is required, but a good grounding in the basics of construction insurance should still be regarded as a pre-requisite.
