Product orders submitted during this period will be subject to processing delays. If you have an coursework/mixed assessment enrolment deadline on 19 September and require an additional resubmission attempt, please plan ahead accordingly.

I work with firms, to aid their stability and growth through the use of CII products, with a particular focus on corporate membership, corporate chartered & our Assess programme. I aim to ensure a high-quality level of service is constantly delivered across the sector by developing relationships both internally and externally.
Prior to joining the CII I had a variety of roles as a relationship manager, responsible for delivering excellent customer service for retention and acquisition, working closely with marketing and business development teams on campaigns to target our chosen sectors and achieve the KPIs set by the business. In my spare time I'm a Villa fan and attend games regularly. My other interests include playing football, going to music and comedy gigs and cooking.
