PSI exams scheduled during this maintenance window will not be visible in your MyCII dashboard until the work has been completed. Product orders submitted during this period will be subject to processing delays. If you have an coursework/mixed assessment enrolment deadline on 19 September and require an additional resubmission attempt, please plan ahead accordingly.

I have a wealth of experience and stakeholder management across multiple business disciplines, with Post Office my team managed over 3000 locations offering both insurance and financial services products and across my 9 years with Travelex I looked after the UK location, built a global sales development kit and delivered a remittance product across Europe. I managed a global team with Lyca mobile and managed partner relationships with Bestway.
I genuinely can’t wait to speak to businesses and individuals around how the Chartered Insurance Institute can add value, develop skills and build trust.
Outside of work I follow Everton (don’t judge me!) I embrace live music attending gigs locally and nationally, I record an 80’s music podcast with a local BBC radio presenter and have completed a stand-up comedy course to further develop my communication skills.
