I'm passionate about driving change within firms and upskilling their workforce through the CII, with a particular focus on supporting the careers of the next generation of professionals. Prior to working at the CII, I worked at the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) for seven years in a similar role. In my spare time, I can be found on the terraces watching my local football team Dagenham and Redbridge and I try to run the odd 10k now and again.
