PSI exams scheduled during this maintenance window will not be visible in your MyCII dashboard until the work has been completed. Product orders submitted during this period will be subject to processing delays. If you have an coursework/mixed assessment enrolment deadline on 19 September and require an additional resubmission attempt, please plan ahead accordingly.

I joined the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2024 as a Sales Operations Coordinator for our Corporate Orders team. I enjoyed the customer focused nature of my role, processing orders and answering queries for corporate clients. At the beginning of 2025 I was able to transfer the skills and knowledge I had accumulated to join the Corporate Development Team. As a newer member of the CII team, I am looking forward to continuing to support the learning needs of individuals and businesses.
Before joining the CII, I was studying for my degree whilst also working in a busy Customer Service environment. I take pride in providing excellent customer service and being a friendly face that is always happy to help!
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and listening to music (whether that be on vinyl or live, when I get the chance). I also love walking in the countryside, especially with my dog Bertie.
