Product orders submitted during this period will be subject to processing delays. If you have an coursework/mixed assessment enrolment deadline on 19 September and require an additional resubmission attempt, please plan ahead accordingly.

I joined the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2020 and have 10 years of experience in the insurance profession. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in both personal and commercial lines departments, as well as within the Pet Health division as a Territory Manager, which I hope isn’t the last time I deliver a presentation with a puppy on my lap and a budgie on my shoulder! I hold a CERT CII qualification and currently studying towards a Diploma, and plan to become DIP CII qualified by the end of the year. Outside of work, I'm an avid rugby enthusiast and a loyal supporter of the Bristol Bears. I'm dedicated to supporting insurance and financial businesses with professional development, apprenticeships, corporate chartered status, and staff training.
