Sophie Hayes

I began my insurance career in recruitment before moving into a client support position within an insurance training provider, where I developed a strong interest in learning and development and supporting professionals in building their careers. I look forward to working with firms to explore how the CII can add value, develop skills and build trust across the profession.

Outside of work, I like to stay active, often spending my time at various dance studios across London or in the gym, as well as cooking and exploring the city’s matcha spots.
