Ellie Read

I work closely with our corporate clients, building strong relationships to drive professional standards across both the Insurance and Financial Services market. I enjoy working with firms of all sizes to understand their needs and offer solutions that add value and upskill their staff through a range of professional development and training. This can be through a range of topics, whether it’s working towards Corporate Chartered status or building academies for new starters to join.

I volunteer on my local institute council, where I have served in previous roles such as young professionals and education, delivering talks to schools and colleges. Having completed an apprenticeship at the start of my career in Insurance, I am particularly passionate about bringing young people into the profession and the opportunities that this career choice can provide.

Outside of work you can find me listening to music, or walking my over-excited German Shepherd!
