Steven has worked within the Insurance Claims industry since 2007 where he worked for DLG and Covea before moving into loss adjusting in 2016 where he has worked for Woodgate & Clark and McLarens. Steven joined Crawfords Major & Complex Loss team in 2023.
As well as being part of the CII New Generation Programme for 2022/23, Steven holds positions on CILA SIGs for Future Focus and Property, with a passion for helping the industry and enhancing technical knowledge.
