Serving you better: Emma Francis, Head of Inclusion - Ageas Insurance
Emma is responsible for designing and implementing of Ageas’ global and UK diversity and inclusion strategies, focused on increasing diversity and driving an inclusive culture across Ageas. She has worked at Ageas since September 2021.
Prior to that she was the Diversity & Inclusion lead at Zurich Insurance UK, where she was responsible for establishing Zurich’s award-winning approach to flexible working as well as developing the first D&I strategy for Zurich’s European operation. During her time at Zurich she also worked in public affairs, internal communications and corporate responsibility. Prior to joining the insurance industry, she worked in the wine trade and politics.
