The Apprenticeship Awards are back!
CII and PFS Apprenticeship awards are back for a fourth year! The Apprenticeship Awards are designed to celebrate the hard work and successes of insurance and personal finance apprentices, their employers, and the training providers.
Applications open 10am, 9th February 2026.
The CII and PFS Apprenticeship awards are an opportunity highlight excellent achievements and commitment to apprenticeships within the sector.
The awards aim to showcase exceptional achievement and skill development demonstrated by apprentices along with highlighting the vital role employers play in supporting rising stars within the profession.
For apprentices, these awards recognise apprentices who have made a real difference to their workplace and used a CII and PFS apprenticeship to boost their career.
For employers, these awards recognise employers who have put CII and PFS apprenticeships at the heart of their business and reaped the benefits.
APPRENTICE OF THE YEAR
· Financial Services Administrator Apprentice of the Year
· Paraplanner Apprentice of the Year
· Financial Adviser Apprentice of the Year
· Insurance Practitioner Apprentice of the Year
· Insurance Professional Apprentice of the Year
· Senior Insurance Professional Apprentice of the Year
APPRENTICE EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR
· Apprentice Employer of the Year: SME and Large categories
· Social Equality Apprentice Employer of the Year
Minimal nomination threshold
All nominations must adhere to the following requirements to be considered for any award:
Apprentices
1.The apprentice nominated must have completed a CII qualification as part of an apprenticeship standard or framework in the last two years (up to 31 December 2025).
2.The apprentice nominated must have passed an overall apprenticeship standard or framework.
Employers/Providers
1.The employer nominated must have employed and supported an apprentice/apprentices through successful apprenticeship completion, including the CII qualification, in the last two years (up to 31 December 2025).
