CII and PFS Apprenticeship Awards 2024

The CII and PFS Apprenticeship Awards, launched last year, are designed to celebrate the hard work and successes of insurance and personal finance apprentices, their employers, and the training providers.
Nominations are now open for the 2024 awards. All details can be found on this page, but be sure the download the Nomination Guide for a full understanding of the criteria and what the judges are looking for.
Apprentice of the Year 2024
There are eight Apprentice of the Year categories.
These awards recognise apprentices who have made a real difference to their workplace and used a CII/PFS apprenticeship to boost their career.
Personal Finance standards
- Financial Services Administrator Apprentice of the Year - £500 Award Prize
- Mortgage Adviser Apprentice of the Year - £500 Award Prize
- Paraplanner Apprentice of the Year - £600 Award Prize
- Financial Adviser Apprentice of the Year - £800 Award Prize
- Senior Financial Services Professional Apprentice of the Year - £1000 Award Prize
General Insurance standards
- Insurance Practitioner Apprentice of the Year - £500 Award Prize
- Insurance Professional Apprentice of the Year - £800 Award Prize
- Senior Insurance Professional Apprentice of the Year - £1000 Award Prize
Apprentice Employer of the Year 2024
There are three Employer of the Year categories, one is open to apprenticeship providers too.
Apprentice Employer of the Year: SME and Large categories
These awards recognise employers who have put CII/PFS apprenticeships at the heart of their business and reaped the benefits.
Social Equality Apprentice Employer/Provider of the Year
This award is open to employers and apprenticeship providers.
It recognises employers and providers who can demonstrate their commitment in creating opportunities and support packages for disadvantaged and under-represented groups.
The closing date for entries is 31st May 2024.
