Your role
As a Technical Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex technology projects across the education and membership sectors, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM, and Learning Management Systems. You will be responsible for managing full project lifecycles—from planning and resource allocation to implementation and quality assurance—ensuring seamless integration of systems that enhance student and member experiences.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors, driving stakeholder engagement and clear communication throughout. Your role will also involve identifying process inefficiencies, managing data migration and reporting, and ensuring robust testing and training frameworks are in place. With a strong foundation in project governance and a proactive approach to risk management, you will play a key role in delivering impactful, user-focused solutions.
You
· You bring significant experience leading both large-scale and smaller technical projects, ideally within education, membership, or training environments.
· You’ve successfully delivered Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM implementations, and understand how to integrate these with learning and membership platforms.
· You’re confident working with LMS solutions that support assessments, CPD, and member records, and you know how to manage data migration, integration, and reporting with precision.
· You’re fluent in project delivery methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and comfortable using tools such as MS Project, Planner, JIRA, or Trello to keep things on track.
· You’re a strong communicator and collaborator, skilled at managing stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and aligning teams around shared goals.
· You combine analytical thinking with a practical mindset, always focused on quality, efficiency, and delivering measurable outcomes.

In addition to a market-benchmarked base salary, here are some of the benefits you can expect from CII as a valued colleague:
