Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process during a period of high activity and system transition. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage candidate communications, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate data across platforms, helping us deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.


You’ll take ownership of key administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from posting job adverts to supporting the implementation of our new Applicant Tracking System. Your proactive approach will help us meet time-to-hire targets, maintain data integrity, and keep candidates and hiring managers informed every step of the way.


This short-term role offers the chance to apply your organisational skills in a dynamic environment and support a critical phase of our recruitment operations.
