Your role
You will take full ownership of delivering high-impact HR projects that shape organizational design, strengthen leadership capability, and drive employee engagement. This includes supporting structural change and TUPE processes, managing complex Employee Relations cases, and ensuring all initiatives meet legal and governance standards.
You’ll design and implement manager training programs, roll out the 2026 Performance Management Framework, and lead ENPS engagement roadshows. Success in this role means proactively engaging stakeholders, adapting to challenges, and delivering outcomes that enable strategic decision-making.
You
- Experienced in leading complex HR projects end-to-end, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
- Skilled in managing organizational design and structural change initiatives, including TUPE processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Confident in handling Employee Relations cases such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and capability issues with fairness and consistency.
- Adept at designing and implementing manager training programs and engagement initiatives like ENPS roadshows.
- Capable of developing and rolling out performance management frameworks aligned to business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused, with the ability to manage challenges and unexpected changes effectively.
- A self-starter who works with minimal guidance, demonstrates initiative, and drives delivery.
