We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues when attempting to amend exam bookings.
This is being investigated as a priority and will be resolved as soon as possible. Customers will not be charged for exam sittings that they have been unable to amend.

The RevisionMate website will be undergoing an essential update and will not be accessible between 09:00 on 5 November [UK time] and 17:00 on 6 November [UK time].

I joined the CII 14 years ago, in our busy contact centre, and have always had a passion for providing excellent customer service. I now work in the Corporate Development Team assisting our corporate clients with their enquiries. The role is focused on supporting corporate customers in developing their businesses, linking them to our field-based teams, offering guidance on learning pathways, apprenticeships, online learning Assess and qualifications. My knowledge and experience allows me to provide support across all the services the CII and PFS has on offer.

I pride myself in finding the best possible training solution for our customers, while looking at the bigger picture to see where else we can offer support. It’s not about winning the business that counts, it’s about knowing you have done your best and the customer is comfortable and fully up to speed with our offerings. In my spare time, I live for family, it's everything to me, but I also enjoy visits to the local bingo club or a a cheeky Chinese on a Friday. The new love of my life, a puppy called Bleu, keeps me on my toes.
