Ben Rose is President of Supercede: The Reinsurance Platform and a prominent voice in the London and international (re)insurance markets.
He is recognised not only for his services to reinsurance technology, but also for his enthusiastic platforming of market voices as Chair of the Insurance Institute London's Reinsurance Committee and co-host of The Reinsurance Podcast.
Before co-founding Supercede in 2019, Ben advised leadership teams at many of the world's largest (re)insurers, as part of Aon's management consultancy division, Aon Inpoint. In addition to training as a reinsurance treaty underwriter with a Lloyd's syndicate, his prior experience includes strategy and risk management roles with the Corporation of Lloyd’s.
Ben holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance, a Graduate Diploma in Law, and a First Class degree from the University of Oxford. In recent years, he has been recognised as a 'Rising Star' and a 'Young Meteor' by Intelligent Insurer and The Insurer, respectively.
