Annual general meeting 2017

The CII Annual General Meeting 2017 will be held on Wednesday 2 August 2017 at the Great Hall, 20 Aldermanbury, London, EC2V 7HY at 2pm.

Conflicts of interest

CII members are expected to conform their activities to the CII Code of Ethics. From time to time, the CII will issue guidance as to the particular application of provisions of the code, and members should anticipate and deal proactively with conflicts of interest.

This statement sets out how the Chartered Insurance Institute ("us", "we", "CII") will use the personal information relating to its members and examination candidates, as well as prospective members and candidates.

CII constitutional documents

The CII is governed by the CII Charter & Bye-Laws and CII Board Regulations.

The Terms of Reference set out the scope and remit of CII Board and each of the CII's committees.

The nominations committee

The Nominations Committee ("Noms") is a formally constituted committee of the Board and its purpose is to give full consideration to the succession planning of the CII's Board and committees and to ensure that the processes used in governance appointments are consistent with good practice.

Chief Executive Officer

Sian Fisher is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
