Serving you better: Don MacIntyre steps down as interim CEO of the PFS

The CII would like to put on record its gratitude to Don MacIntyre for his hard work over the past two years following his decision to step down from his role as interim CEO of the PFS and member of the CII Group’s executive leadership team, effective from Friday 1 November.
Don joined the PFS in August 2022 on a short-term contract to assist the professional body with evolving its working practices and governance. Having been part of considerable progress since then, Don decided the time was right to advance his career in other directions.
Other members of the Institute’s executive team will share Don’s responsibilities in supporting the PFS Board while permanent arrangements are made.
Matthew Hill, CII Group chief executive, said: “I would like to thank Don for his service and we wish him well on his future career journey.”
