The CII is set on a path of change to make us the best possible Institute for our members and customers. We are reflecting on every aspect of the Institute, spanning leadership, culture, organisation and value for money, consistent with achieving the goals set out in our Strategic Plan 2023-27.
As part of this ongoing change, we are streamlining processes and services with a focus on delivering better experiences for our members and customers. In the short term we are expecting this to result in a reduction in our headcount of around eight posts.
