Serving you better: College of Insurance Nairobi webinar outlines pathways to CII qualifications
Dr. Ben Kajwang PhD, ACII(UK), AIRM(UK), FIIU, FIIK, CPT, Chartered Insurer is the Chief Executive Officer of the College of Insurance in Nairobi.
On 17 August, he was the opening speaker in a popular webinar for Kenya students, in which pathways from College of Insurance in Nairobi to Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications were outlined.
Over 600 students registered for the event.
Laurence Smith MA, MBA, Regional Director Africa at the Chartered Insurance Institute provided an update of the CII activities in Africa.
Jeremy Mullen ACII Assoc CIPD, Accreditation Manager at the Chartered Insurance Institute then shared the detailed pathways that are in place.
After the opening remarks, there was a lively questions and answers session covering units, pricing, the training provided by the College of Insurance, and the new examination arrangements using remote invigilation.
