We live in an increasingly volatile world where the pace of change is speeding up and its consequences are transmitted with immediacy and globally - all the faster when it's bad news.

Customers, employees, regulators and shareholders now look beyond financial results and growth prospects.  They want to have confidence that the company they have a relationship with does the right thing when the unexpected happens; that the underpinning culture is strong enough to withstand adversity and come out of it all the stronger, reputation intact. They expect ethical resilience.

This guidance looks at what constitutes a resilient ethical culture and how it might be sustained.
