Resources for Chartered members
If you hold a Chartered title you have access to the following support and resources.
We provide a legal helpline service to all Chartered members which provides advice on a range of business and personal legal issues*. Subjects covered include partnership law, contract law and various commercial and private issues.
Free legal advice is only a phone call away. The calls are not limited so you can talk for as long as you like, as often as you need.
Provided by Lyons Davidson, the legal helpline is exclusively for the use of Chartered members. When you call, please quote CII and you will be asked for your PIN and Chartered membership status.
Simply call 01752 300 584 to talk to a qualified lawyer in the specialism required.
* Please note that the helpline is unable to provide criminal or employment law advice or advise on any legal issues (including disciplinary matters) in relation to the Chartered Insurance Institute. The Chartered Insurance Institute makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, nor does it accept any liability arising from or in connection with, the legal advice provided by Lyons Davidson.
Chartered marks are the most effective way to promote your Chartered status. Displaying the Chartered mark ensures that customers, employers and professional peers recognise your achievement and technical expertise.
There are rules about how it can be used which are covered in Guidelines for Chartered mark usage (PDF).
To obtain your Chartered mark please contact Customer Service on +44 (0)20 8989 8464 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
