What will I achieve by attending the workshop? 

By the end of this workshop, Delegate will be able to:

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of France as a Common Law System as well as its legal and political structures
• Identify the key areas of regulatory control of insurance in France as well as the application of premium taxes
• Understand the organisation of the French insurance market
  Identify distribution channels for insurance in France
• Explain how commercial lines function in France and how this class of business differs from other markets
• Understand the personal lines class of business in France and identify differences with other markets
• Demonstrate an understanding of reinsurance and dedicated French Government associated insurance programmes
• Identify current and future trends
