What will I achieve by attending the workshop? 

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

• Describe the risks involved in faced by contractors
• Explain construction contracts such as the JCT contracts can affect the client's insurance arrangements
• Describe the major elements of contract works insurance policies
• Identify other policies typically required by contractors
• Describe contract works insurers underwriting requirements
• Outline the key elements involved in a contract works claim

Brokers and underwriters who are new to contract works insurance or seeking to consolidate and update their technical knowledge.
