- Know how to close a project, including project evaluation, lessons learned and the redistribution of resources and projects teams.

The Training workshops will be delivered online, via Zoom, over 2 x full days on 8 & 15 October 2024, 09:30 - 16:30 (UK).
Delegates must ensure they can access the online workshop through Zoom.
