This programme developed between the CII and New Level Work focuses on developing and practicing fundamental coaching skills for managers to support team development.  

Managers as Coaches is interactive 8-week Programme, which includes 4 x 90 minute virtual tutor-led sessions, which can help participants practice and master the "coaching skills mindset" most associated with effective leadership. The Programme also includes access to a suite of online resources.

Workshop Overview

The Programme is broken down into four sections, which will cover:

The Programme will begin with a 30 minutes Introductory Kick-off session on:

• Kick-off: Wednesday, September 24, 2025

Subsequent 90-minute Tutor-Led sessions will be held at 11am, on the below dates:
