New Innovation in Insurance course now available – limited numbers

Many reports, including The Future Skills in the London Market have identified the need for the insurance sector to invest in its ability to innovate, responding to challenges from disruptors and improving our ability to develop propositions that take advantage of emerging technologies and delight customers.

Innovation skills should not be limited to those in specialist departments – the insurance model relies on creativity at all levels and functions within the value-chain.  In fact this course is best suited to those who are likely to be established experts in a core function, such as underwriting, broking or claims, seeking to improve their ability to build solutions in partnership with colleagues and partners outside their conventional function.

This 8-step programme will break down the process allowing you to focus on: the problem, building the concept, how you test it, understanding & using insight to your advantage and how to structure a pitch to get buy-in.

Two courses in will be delivered over the summer across 8 x 90 minute digital sessions, with numbers strictly limited to 10 on each.

Course dates and registration

Customer Feedback

“This course has re-enforced my understanding of product/proposition development, it has introduced new (and fun) ways of thinking about solution design, validation and structure of a proposal to key stakeholders.

The training was delivered over bitesize sessions. It provided a real focus on each process step and not impact on my working day”.
