During the course we will touch on the following areas of learning in their relation to learning outcomes:

• Chapter 1 – Excellent customer service in an insurance context
• Chapter 2 – The Customer Experience
• Chapter 3 – Attracting and retaining customers
• Chapter 4 – Use and importance of customer feedback
• Chapter 6 – Communication skills
• Chapter 9 – Working as an effective team
• Chapter 10 – Service policies and selling
• Chapter 11 – increasing sales activity

We will also cover the structure of the exam, how best to approach the questions and study tips and hints.

This is an intensive learning day aimed at preparing you for sitting the IF9 exam.

Whilst this course will not cover every learning outcome, it can form part of the overall required amount of study hours recommended to pass this exam.

• Practice questions after each learning outcome
• Breakout exercises and discussions
• Exam preparation and revision tips
• Multiple choice question examples and answer explanations
• Access to a mock exam paper after the course

Within the session, there will be advice provided on exam preparation and technique, and opportunities to practice examples of multiple choice questions.

This is an intense revision course, ideal for students who are nearing the end of their studies and preparing for their examination.

 

Workshop format

This revision course is delivered online via Zoom, over one-full day. New dates coming soon. 09:30-16:30 (UK).

Your trainer is highly experienced and qualified in the subject matter, and as importantly, in how to deliver an effective and productive online training session, ensuring all candidates are fully engaged to maximise the learning experience.

Your course will be interactive, with the use of screen share, virtual whiteboards, exercises and breakout opportunities to embed the knowledge learnt. Within the session, there will be advice provided on exam preparation and technique, and opportunities to practice examples of multiple choice questions. 

You will also receive a recording of the entire workshop post course, along with all supporting documents used.
