This one day interactive workshop provides delegates with knowledge and skills, and a deeper insight to help manage claims effectively. This workshop is designed for all those who are involved in the management of claims. It will help those who are advising clients, liaising with insurers or ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible.
The course will be highly interactive with delegate participation and engagement throughout.

Method of Delivery
This workshop will be delivered online with a trainer via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, over one full-day session, on the 1 July 2024, 09:30-16:30 (UK).
Certificate
On completion of this workshop, you will receive a certificate of attendance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
