Delivered online through RevisionMate, the PL4 Knowledge Checker contains 150 questions and provides comprehensive, flexible and interactive self-testing of the unit study text.

It is designed to support your learning by testing your understanding as you progress through your studies. Please note, Knowledge Checkers are not past papers. While questions are designed to check knowledge of the unit syllabus to assist with your learning, they are not a product of the same development process as the actual CII examination question bank and are not intended to be used as mock exam questions.

You will get access to the Knowledge Checker on RevisionMate for 12 months from the date of enrolment. If a new edition of this revision aid is released during this period, you will automatically receive access to the material on RevisionMate and will be notified via email.

2026 edition (applicable to exams sat 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026) **Available by 12 December 2025**

A new edition of the Knowledge Checker is usually available in December every year.

Instructions on accessing your course on RevisionMate will be sent to your registered email address. This is typically within two working days of your order being placed, but may be longer, particularly if payment is made by bank transfer.

Question feedback is provided in the form of a chapter reference to the specific areas being tested in the official CII study text for this unit.

Will I lose my Knowledge Checker at the end of the 12-month enrolment period?
You will have access to your Knowledge Checker until the end of the 12-month enrolment period.

Will I receive updates during the 12-month enrolment period?
If an updated edition of the Knowledge Checker is released during this period, you will automatically get access to the latest content.
