This is an online-only product, and therefore you need to have a stable internet connection to use it successfully. Questions cannot be downloaded or printed.
What feedback will I get when I answer the questions?
Question feedback is provided in the form of a chapter reference to the specific areas being tested in the official CII study text for this unit.
Will I lose my Knowledge Checker at the end of the 12-month enrolment period?
You will have access to your Knowledge Checker until the end of the 12-month enrolment period.
Will I receive updates during the 12-month enrolment period?
If an updated edition of the Knowledge Checker is released during this period, you will automatically get access to the latest content.
